This role is a temporary 9-month rotational opportunity through CareerTraX, T-Mobile’s enterprise internal rotation program. CareerTraX provides employees opportunties to experience another part of the business, empowering cross-functional development and providing employees opportunties to learn new skills, create new partnerships, and grow their careers. We are seeking employees who could benefit from a rotational experience to support their career goals. If you are selected into a CareerTraX role, you will rotate off your current team and into a new position for 9 months, gaining on-the-job experience. Through the program, selected participants will also have the opportunity to participate in development and networking offerings. When the program concludes, participants will return to their previous role. In order to apply, you must include a nomination from a manager, leader, sponsor or mentor.
