Are you looking to combine market trends, competitor analysis, and relevant world events to uncover stories our competitors haven’t thought of yet and curate them into incredible proposal-facing content?As a Content Strategist in the Bid Management organization, you will be responsible for the story, graphics, digital delivery, production software, and branding of B2B and B2G proposal output.
We are looking for a creative perspective, fresh thinking, and someone to help disrupt the current way of doing things. We need someone to simplify the technical complexity of telecommunications so prospects can understand and be excited to make a move to T-Mobile. You will deliver relevant and engaging content that strengthens our brand and emotionally connects with our audiences.
As a content strategist, you’ll fuse buyer behavior, persuasiveness, usability studies, and competitive analysis to create content that incites action. You do your best work in fast-paced marketing environments and have an overwhelming bias for action. This role reports to the Manager and collaborates on planning and execution with designers, agencies, and many departments to create customer-facing proposal responses that optimally communicate T-Mobile value and help sales close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Write, edit, and proof content that brings messages to life in RFP responses and proactive proposals.
· Partner with product, support, and technical experts regularly to review and update existing content and create new content and graphics for articles, digital content, video scripts, sales enablement materials, product briefs, case studies and infographic copy, etc.
· Develop content frameworks that are scalable and flexible enough to support segment and industry business and government proposals.
· Create and curate stories that engage our target verticals and communicate value for our readers. Fuel our growth strategy with fresh ideas that help differentiate T-Mobile.
· Create and maintain content maintenance calendars, style guides, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks. Ensure content is managed and tagged appropriately to ensure seamless sharing.
· Partner with marketing teams and vendors to identify content opportunities and threats and develop strategies to leverage or mitigate each, respectively.
· Understand content assets and performance, conducting regular audits to ensure content is fresh and relevant. Through analytics, report trends and metrics for content usage, performance, and improvement.
· Test and optimize. Always leverage data to drive future content decisions and optimize your creative approach to achieve better results.
The Expertise You Bring:
· Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, etc.) or equivalent experience. APMP involvement and accreditation are a plus.
· Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing-related content function in B2B or B2G environment.
· Technical Proficiency: Expertise in content and graphics creation, adept at content management best practices. Tech savvy and willing to use and learn new technology. Experience with Qvidian or other proposal automation management software, Adobe Creative Suite.

Base Pay Range: $75,900 - $136,900Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
