Job OverviewThe Director will focus on sales strategies including key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing the Enterprise account base. They are responsible for ensuring the Senior Enterprise Sales Managers and their respective sales teams meet and exceed all sales, operational, and performance objectives through strong leadership including training, development and mentor. Through this team of Managers they are also responsible for achieving balance between gross activation, CPGA & sales productivity goals. This leader will also uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to achieve all company objectives optimally.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Enterprise Sales Team:
- Build and lead a dynamic sales team of seven managers and 50+ sales professionals, encouraging a culture of collaboration and exceeding goals in sales, revenue growth, market share, customer happiness, and team efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and mentor programs to drive individual and team performance, improving channel sales, CPGA/SAC (Cost per Gross / Subscriber Acquisition Cost) efficiency, customer retention, and overall productivity.
Drive Strategic Growth and Customer Relationships:
- Nurture and lead strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within major accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop comprehensive sales strategies to expand existing channels, secure new partnerships, and drive balanced revenue and customer acquisition.
- Leverage industry expertise to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to T-Mobile's executive management team on critical business decisions across sales, financial planning, and talent acquisition.
Build a Winning Team and Collaborative Partnerships:
- Champion a strong talent acquisition strategy, attracting, recruiting, and developing top-performing sales professionals who embody T-Mobile's dedication to outstanding customer service.
- Foster a collaborative environment, building strong working relationships with field sales, marketing, finance, and channel management teams to achieve shared business objectives.
Work & Education Experience:
- 7-10+ years of field business-to-business sales management experience.
- Experience establishing a vision, developing a strategy, cascading to a sales organization, and driving delivery against strategic objectives.
- Experience in a management role, leading teams of field sales professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA Preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid understanding of the mobility ecosystem.
- Success in motivating and developing sales teams for a challenger brand.
- Strong financial and business acumen in general, emphasizing defining, analyzing, and negotiating complex business agreements.
- Sales incentive program development and management experience.
- Proven track record of success and overachievement.
- Outstanding leadership skills; a strategic business leader able to align with the company's culture and values.
- A mature, confident professional who motivates others by goal setting, creating a team environment, and leading by example.
- Strong ability to lead and guide decision-making in business solutions.
- Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity, and character.
- Strong level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
