Job OverviewLead a highly creative team that is looking to break the rules of the wireless industry by developing breakthrough advertising to drive growth through customer acquisition. This position directs the advertising teams and agencies in the development, production and execution of best in class customer acquisition advertising both nationally, and at the local level supporting our field marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads development of national and local advertising campaigns (General Market and Hispanic Market) working in conjunction with agencies, business partners, Segment Marketing and promotional teams. Requires regular interaction with Business owner at VP level as well as the CMO
- Briefs and manages agency partners and internal teams for advertising programs. Manages campaign integration across all communications vehicles.
- Partners with marketing senior leaders to develop strategies and solicit input for all advertising initiatives and corresponding activities. Gains alignment and approval of the creative execution for all major promotional launches.
- Works collaboratively with a broad range of participants in the creative process.
- Leads and grows team: attract, coach and develop industry leading talent. Team goal setting, coaching, and communicating company/team goals.
- Manages relationship with our Brand agency.
- Leads creative partnership with key 3rd parties (Apple).
- Partners with Procurement team to manage all 3rd party (agency) SOWs and contracts
- Partners with legal team for Brand management.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- More than 10 years Advertising or marketing communications experience within a consumer products company (wireless or consumer tech preferred) or equivalent experience in account management for an advertising agency. (Required)
- More than 10 years Retail marketing experience and experience working with business partners to develop large marketing campaign. (Required)
- 7-10 years Broadcast experience and in-depth print and online marketing experience. (Required)
- 7-10 years Experience leading/managing team of professionals in similar positions. (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
