Job Overview
This role builds and maintains data infrastructure to support efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse sources. It involves designing and implementing data pipelines, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes using SQL and cloud technologies. The role differentiates by focusing on scalable infrastructure and collaboration with analytics teams to enhance data functionality. Success is measured by the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of data systems and the actionable insights they enable. The work supports organizational decision-making and operational efficiency by providing robust data solutions to internal stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable data pipeline architectures to ensure efficient data processing and delivery
• Assemble and integrate large, complex data sets that meet business and technical requirements
• Develop analytics tools that leverage data pipelines to generate insights on business performance metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data-related technical issues and support infrastructure needs
• Create data tools that assist analytics and data science teams in optimizing product performance
• Work with data and analytics experts to enhance data system functionality and capabilities
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experienceOR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Data Engineering (Preferred)
• Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets (Preferred)
• Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement (Preferred)
• Experience in languages such as SQL, DAX, Python, Java, Scala, and/or Go (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases (Required)

Total Fixed Pay Range:

₹1,709,500.00 - ₹2,312,500.00

Corporate Bonus Target:

15%

The pay range above represents the Total Fixed Pay range for a successful candidate in this role, including Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Flex Allowance. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location, qualifications, skills, and experience, and may vary within this range.
