Job OverviewVP, Integrated Marketing Services will lead and continue to build a best-in-class integrated marketing and communications function and organization. S/He will lead all of T-Mobile's central marketing functions in support of the company's consumer and product segments. Success will be measured by the ability to build the brand over time while driving sales to retail locations and T-Mobile.com everyday. As a key member of a marketing and customer driven organization, this individual will play a critical, company wide, cross-functional leadership role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Media. The position is responsible for managing an internal Media Director and the media-buying agency to maximize effectiveness of media strategies, plans and execution.
- Creative Development. The position is responsible for managing an internal team and multiple creative agencies who help develop television, radio, newspaper, in-store and on-line messages. The candidate will work closely with internal business partners to develop and execute on all advertising creative.
- Corporate Identity. This position is responsible for maintenance of T-Mobile USA corporate identity standards and mechanisms to ensure consistent brand treatment and brand building.
- Sponsorships & Promotions. The position will be responsible for managing T-Mobile sponsorships and will evaluate and make recommendations on future sponsorships, events and product tie-ins.
- Merchandising. This individual will manage a team responsible for the in-store expression of the T-Mobile brand for company owned stores, national retailers and independent dealers and will develop strategy and lead retail execution in multiple combined locations.
- Marketing calendar. The position is responsible for coordinating the calendar across all marketing elements for the company including regular calendar updates that provide strategic direction for support functions to fulfill on key company initiatives driven by Marketing.
- In this role, the VP, Integrated Marketing Services will lead a team of marketing professionals and Directors, plus multiple advertising, media and promotional agencies. The VP, Integrated Marketing Services position reports to the CMO for. T-Mobile USA, and is part of a senior Leadership team responsible for the overall strength of the T-Mobile brand, all marketing strategies, plans, and performance.
- Managing, motivating and developing a staff of marketing and marketing support professionals;
- Working closely with marketing groups across Consumer, business markets and Wi-Fi HotSpots to identify priorities, champion key marketing initiatives and company wide marketing growth driving and cost savings opportunities;
- Developing and leading innovative programs and initiatives, positioning and communicating in ways that clearly, effectively and consistently convey the T-Mobile brand, and its product/service offerings nationally;
- Ensuring that the Integrated Marketing Department’s operations, programs and initiatives support company/divisional/customer segment and overall brand objectives and that resources align to business needs and allow for future growth;
- Developing, instituting and maintaining effective, productive marketing processes and systems;
- Managing administrative expenses within authorized budgets, and controlling costs to assure the most value per marketing services dollar expended.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
