Job Responsibilities
Foster a team environment that values collaboration and continuous development to achieve and surpass targets in subscriber growth, revenue, retention, and cost per gross add (CPGA).
- Lead by example to meet or surpass the sales goals for your region.
- Spearhead operational initiatives with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to encourage open communication and sharing of best practices.
- Recruit, mentor, and empower a team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of success and ongoing professional growth.
- Provide continuous coaching and support, both in the office and in the field, to help team members meet their personal and professional goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the business's evolving needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in new customer acquisition sales within a commissioned environment (Required).
- Leadership or team management experience (Preferred).
- Experience in telecommunications/technical sales (Preferred).
Skills:
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging both large audiences and one-on-one conversations.
- A track record of achieving high business sales success.
- Experience with HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain top talent.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $126,500 - $228,300, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $88,550 - $159,810The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
