Senior Manager, Enterprise Indirect Channel Sales
Position Location:
Open to any T-Mobile office location nationally, preferred locations are Chicago, IL, Overland Park, KS and Frisco, TX, this position can also be remote based

Position Summary:
The Partner Solutions Channel implements solution-based sales strategies and uncovers new business opportunities with Strategic Partners based in the United States. The role of the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Channel Partner Sales is to lead all channel efforts nationally in within their assigned segment. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for strategic growth, sell through programs, business development, and cultivation of all relationships for the Enterprise channel. This individual will work back through our channel and T-Mobile For Business direct teams to lead all elements of programmatic work that drives sell through programs internally and externally. The Sr. Manager will lead a national team of Account Executives with experience in driving sales, offers, and new programs in order to increase productivity through partners via solution selling into assigned vertical channels. Requires competency in partner- and customer-first thinking, change & innovation, strategy development, account planning and management, as well as relationship building & influencing business leaders internally and externally. In addition to sales, this person will also manage and maintain operational excellence through reporting, sales planning, QBR's, goal setting, and team development. This person will report to the Director of Sales, Channel Partner Sales.

Positon Responsibilities:

  • Ownership & accountability for sales, business development, training, and collaboration with direct sales teams/segments.
  • Deliver sales and other financial results by implementing segment strategies designed to increase market share, new business and selling new products and services through and with our partner channel.
  • Influence and motivate others, coach and develop foster teamwork, steps forward to address difficult issues, provide clear direction and change champion.
  • Establish KPIs, scorecards and weekly readouts of each key account to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Communicate with sales leaders, executives and other internal and external stakeholders on performance, customer and partner experience requirements to grow the partner business.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and potential key partners to grow share and influence amongst each distributor and/or account.

Position Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years B2B Sales Experience required
  • 7+ years of channel sales experience required
  • 7+ years of selling into Enterprise accounts, through channel required
  • 5 +  years experience selling through Value Added Resellers (VAR's), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), System Integrators (SI's), and Managed Service Providers (MSP's) required
  • 5 + years People Management experience required
  • 5 + years Command of sales, business development, partnering and opportunity strategies required to drive exponential growth through partner channels.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Channel Sales - Understanding of go-to market and compensation models as well as other partnership incentives, solutions and/or value propositions to drive compelling partnership and engagement strategies.
  • Team Management - Proven track record of building high functioning sales teams in a fast paced and aggressive growth environment.
  • Excellent Analytical, Planning and Decision-making skills
  • Experience working with C-Suite, excellent presentation skills required

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $128,400 - $231,600, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $89,880 - $162,120

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
