Job SummaryThe Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in driving our business forward. This hybrid position requires a seasoned professional who will be in the office at least three days a week. You will work directly with our small business and mid-market clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements.
- Provide pre-sales engineering support, including product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Develop and present customized solutions encompassing technologies such as Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, ARUBA, VoIP, MDM, FLEET, NETWORK SLICING, ANS, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals that address customer needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions are leading-edge.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study strongly preferred. (Required)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering support including network design in wireless/wireline.
- Expertise in solutions including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, ARUBA, VoIP, MDM, FLEET, NETWORK SLICING, Private Networks, and Edge Computing, Cloud Services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly terms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Technical Leadership (Required)
- Project Management (Preferred)
- Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
- Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred)
- Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
- Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required)
- Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)
- Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of focus (SDWAN/Edge, Security, Mobile Internet/Routers, etc.) (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $112,500 - $202,900, inclusive of target incentivesBase Pay Range: $78,750 - $142,030The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role.
