T-Mobile’s National Security Compliance Office is looking for an organized, detailed-oriented, proactive individual to support the development, design, production and tracking of reports and filings associated with critical US Government commitments, to lead the team’s efforts in managing compliance-related inquiries, and to organize, maintain and update information and internal tracking tools. This position involves independently leveraging automation, collecting information, generating reports, and organizing and maintaining accurate records and communications. The ideal candidate has the ability to think analytically and gather information to develop accurate metrics, trending and reporting, to collaborate effectively across the department and with leaders to track, collect, and visually present information, to monitor and manage inquiries coming into the team, and maintain document repositories to ensure records are accurate. Candidates must be U.S. citizens given the nature of this role.
What you’ll do in your role.
- Work within T-Mobile’s National Security Compliance Office to coordinate the collection of information and compile recurring reports that are used as part of the company’s regulatory compliance program, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Conduct quality analysis on reports to ensure they contain accurate information, appropriate formatting, are aligned with approved reporting templates, and are consistently delivered on time.
- Monitor compliance inquiry intake mechanisms to ensure inquiries are assessed and timely distributed to subject matter experts for resolution, following up internally until resolved.
- Manage and maintain T-Mobile’s National Security Compliance Office’s processes and tools that are used to track and retain the company’s deliverables to external parties as part of the company’s regulatory compliance program.
- Develop and maintain metrics and trends associated with T-Mobile’s National Security Compliance Office reporting obligations and internal processes.
- Support internal and external audits related to national security compliance and provide evidence of commitment deliveries as requested.
- Also responsible for other Duties / Projects as assigned by management as needed.
The experience you’ll bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education
- 2-4 years’ experience working in the telecommunications industry

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
