The pay range above represents the Total Fixed Pay range for a successful candidate in this role, including Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Flex Allowance. The selected candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location, qualifications, skills, and experience, and may vary within this range.

At TMUS Global Solutions India, employees in regular, non-temporary roles may be eligible to participate in T-Mobile's Annual Corporate Bonus Program, subject to the terms of the program as may be in effect from time to time. Bonus payouts, if any, are discretionary, not guaranteed, and are based on individual performance and overall company results.
